one of my {many} favorite things...

on tuesday... while i should have been cleaning... i took a break... and headed over to ichabod's treasures and lou berry's...

it's been a little while and something was telling me that i needed to stop in...

i'm so glad that i did... they are continually switching up their shops... there's always something new to look at... and they even hang up magazine inspiration pictures of similar items throughout the store to get you thinking...

i love milk glass... it's one of my {many} favorite things... and i have a nice, little collection going... about a year or so ago, i found a snack tray/cup set... in milk glass... at an antique shop in columbus... don't ask me why, but i left it there... and i've been on the hunt for one ever since...

while at the store the other day, i walked over to the ichabod's side... and lo and behold... a treasure... a set of four milk glass snack trays and cups... the pattern is dogwood... and it was too cute to leave behind... so it came home with me...
{love the scalloped handles...}

i really wanted to use them so
i whipped up a little snack for us this morning... peanut butter banana wontons... it's such a beautiful day here, so we enjoyed them outside... and that made me happy!
 {i found the recipe for the yumminess above over at lemon tree dwelling... if you like to cook/bake, you should check out cathy's blog... she shares the best recipes... and some cute projects, too}

so how about you... have you found any treasures lately?

have a happy day~
